Who compiled the fewest career victories of any pitcher ever to start an All-Star game?

I think Dave Stenhouse started the second All Star game in 1962, the last year that they held two games in a season. Stenhuse had 16 career victories.

I'm trying to find the box score for that game to verify.

I think you are right. Retrosheet.org shows he started the 2nd game.
