1989 Upper Deck Box

i know that there are 2 different kinds of boxes for 1989 Upper Deck the High # series and the original box...but i wanted to know if you could still get a Ken Griffey Jr rookie card from the High # series box

You can but would have worse odds because of the inclusion of the high numbers in the box.
