I am looking for French radio broadcasts (gilles doucet) from the 1980s. Any help on this one would be great!
Thanks a million....

I don' know where I could tell you to look, besides the obvious googling... I'm not sure who would record radio broadcasts...
If I can offer you a little advice tough, looking for broadcasts from Jacques Doucet might be easier than looking for broadcasts by his brother Gilles... :p

Now that I think of it, I'm just throwing that out there, but you could maybe ask the man himself. He's on radio in Québec (City) doing the Québec Capitales play-by-play. He most probably has an e-mail. You could ask him if he has archives or if he knows where you could look.
It's worth a try.

You mean Jacques Doucet - unfortunately there is very little out there among collectors - I have the last few innings of his call of Charlie Lea's no-hitter in 1981 - very poor quality though - I have a batch of his games from the 2003 and/or 2004 seasons - I've tuned in on the web for several of those Capitales broadcasts - great to hear him again!

Youtube features a few old recordings from TSN / RDS. Not quite what you're looking for, but close . . .
