Young looking good in his first start

I'm bored watching the Yankees going on their way to sweepin the day-night double header from the Tigers and decided to check up on the Devil Rays bad boy Delmon Young and saw he was off to a very good start which seems like the Rays have one more good young prospect.

After a 4-5 day yesterday, he is off to an 8-11 start to his big league career! Pitchers are still trying to find the holes in his swing, but until then, he is showing the Rays what they've been missing all season. He would have been up a long time ago if he had a humble bone in his body and not let his mouth and his ego get the best of him. Hopefully, he'll be our starting RF for the next decade. :gt

It looks like Delmon's fast start and improved public relations have made people stop talking about his bat throwing incident.
I see it this way...He screwed up some and he has tons of talent. I hope he has the maturity to use his tools well. If he will continue saying the right things and the media doesn't make him out to be a villain, he will be an all star for a long time. This guy can play.
