so i had this asked of me. the 20's to the 90's:
1920's: babe ruth
1930's: jimmie foxx
1940's: ted williams
1950's: duke snider
1960's: (can't remember)
1970's: willie stargell
1980's: mike schmidt
1990's: mark mcgwire
if anyone has a way to doublecheck/correct these, it'd be awesome. good one to ask, also :)

According to http://baseball.suite101.com/article.cfm/mlb_baseball_home_run_records it looks like what you have is correct.
Harmon Killebrew was the leader in the 60's.

that is a function of when he came up. He only played 1/2 a decade in the 50's and 70's
