Sammy Sosa was the Chicago Cubs triple crown winner in 2001 and 2000.
While Frank Thomas was the White Sox triple crown winner in 2000, 1997, 1996, 1995, 1994, 1993 and 1991.
Barry Bonds was his teams Triple Crown Winner in 2001, 1996, 1995, and 1993.

Only two I know of who won multiple LEAGUE Triple Crown for HITTERS (BA-HR-RBI):
* Rogers Hornsby 1922 and 1925
* Ted Williams 1942 and 1947
The last to win a hitters Triple Crown was Carl Yastrzemski in 1967.
But there have been MANY multiple-winners of a League Triple Crown for PITCHERS (Wins-SO-ERA):
* Christy Matthewson 1915 & 1908
* Grover Alexander 1915-16-17-20
* Sandy Kofax 1963-65-66
* Walter Johnson 1913-18-24
* Lefty Grove 1930-31
* Lefty Gomez 1934 & 1937
* Roger Clemens 1997 & 1998
* Pedro Martinez 1999 (& 2000?)

My correction on Pedro Martinez: he did win "Pitchers Triple Crown" in 1999 (2.07 ERA, 313 strikeouts and 23 wins) but in 2000 he led only in ERA (1.74) and SO (284). His 18 wins in 2000 ranked fourth in the AL. So no multiple TC for Pedro yet.

The last player to win a Triple Crown was Pitcher Johan Santana, just in 2006.
He led the league in ERA (2.77), SO (245), and Wins (19).
