I am looking for a good workout program to start doing immediately. I am currently a juco player(19 years old). I would like to start getting back in shape as I haven't lifted since last summer. My high school had a trainer and he gave us programs that changed every two weeks and included a lot of plyometrics, speed training and core work. This got me very strong and quick. I was hoping that someone who has a lot of knowledge in the area would be able to help me find a program that would be similar so I can get in shape over the summer. Thanks for the help.
