I've created a couple small games based on actual MLB statistics. The first is called the Batting King. It's kind of like HR derby where players get points for other hits as well.

Each player faces the same pitcher every time. If a player gets 7 hits in a row they get a 10 point bonus as well. Right now here is the current top 10 on the site.

High Scores

Player Team Score

Chase Utley 2009 Philadelphia Phillies 36
Albert Belle 1994 Cleveland Indians 33
Barry Bonds 2001 San Francisco Giants 32
Jim Rice 1978 Boston Red Sox 29
Chase Utley 2009 Philadelphia Phillies 29
Lou Gehrig 1927 New York Yankees 28
Chase Utley 2009 Philadelphia Phillies 27
Albert Pujols 2009 St. Louis Cardinals 26
Eddie Murray 1984 Baltimore Orioles 26
Hanley Ramirez 2009 Florida Marlins 25

Try to beat a top 10 score. I have all MLB teams from 1980-2009 and select others right now. I know the graphics are cheesy but try it out anyway.

Here's another baseball game to try. Here's the situation. 2 outs, bases loaded, bottom of the last inning. Home team is down 4-3. The count is 3-2 with the visitor 1 strike away from victory.

HERE'S YOUR DECISION

1. PICK THE HOME AND AWAY TEAM
2. PICK THE PITCHER AND BATTER FOR EACH TEAM
3. SIT BACK AND SEE WHO WILL BE THE HERO OR GOAT!
