MIAMI (AP) — Infielder Jorge Cantu and reliever Leo Nunez agreed to one-year contracts with the Florida Marlins on Tuesday, avoiding arbitration.

According to TSN.ca, they signed Cody Ross so he won't go to arbitration, but according to the article above, he will be going to arbitration. I don't know the real scoop behind Ross.
