Jose Canseco has come out and said that a HoF'er has use steriods, and was elected 7 or 8 years ago. I don't know about you, but what jumps out at me is the 7-8 years ago thing. Why not 10 or 15? I think he was trying to tell us who it is without actually telling us. Going back, 4 people were elected in those two years, Dennis Eckersley, Paul Molitor, Eddie Murray, ...

In a biography of Ty Cobb's he listed his way of getting out of a slump, I'm here to post it so everyone can see it and hopefully it will help you.

1.) Get a partner, a bucket of baseballs and a field.

2.) Have the person throw you the balls, start with fastballs. Don't swing away, just bunt.

3.) Start hitting harder, still with only fastballs.

4.) Have your partners throw you curves, sliders, changeups, etc. And continue hitting.
