He had a cup of coffee with the big league club last year as a catcher, and this year he is converting to pitcher. Oh, and he is on the 40 man roster, dunno why you couldnt find him.

I think I missed him because I wasn't looking at the pitchers on the roster. He was out there yesterday with the position players taking BP.

Someone pointed out that in these two cards, one depicts Chad pitching right and one depicts him pitching lefty. I looked into it and the Chad Jenkins in questions who signed is a righty. Both cards are meant for the same Chad Jenkins, that is, the first one is the righty Chad who pitched for the Lansing Lugnuts, and the second is the righty Chad who was the 20th overall pick in 2009, as the card says. However, the second card depicts a lefty, so it must be the Chad Jenkins who was drafted by Washington and pitched for the Vermont Lake Monsters. So, Chad Jenkins signed the right card with the wrong picture.
