    Anderson's refusal to testify is really hurting the prosecution's case. That makes the trial a guilt by inference case, which is going to be a higher hurdle for the prosecution to jump over. BTW, I'm not sure how all the ex-players, roiders all, can make the case against Bonds. Again, it's guilt by association. But unless the players can say that the saw Barry using, or Barry told them, it's going to be hard to see what the ex-players can add for the prosecution specifically against Barry. Even if Anderson told them he injected Barry, that's likely to be heresay.

    This doesn't mean that Barry didn't use obviously. It just shows how hard perjury cases are to try.
