Absent some strong objections, we'll start the 1995 election Saturday. This will probably be the only time I do this, though. It separates the Best of Baseball project from the complementary elections to the team HOF, which actually helps me out a bit. Staggering them will be to my advantage, I think. I will want to keep it that way, which is one reason I doubt I'll move up an election again (besides the fact I think this is the first time we finished so quickly). Another issue is that I've pretty well calibrated things so the 2011 election comes after the World Series this year. It can't be sooner than that, and I don't want a big lag before that election.
