Looks like we got Johnny Grubb this round, which is a surprise. I didn't expect a bid of 750K to hold on a good platoon OF. Johnny Grubb is now available for trade! Along with John Ellis, John Milner, and Pat Kelly. We are looking for a third rounder for each of them, preferrably in 81 or beyond. We are willing to package them together or with other picks to get higher draft picks.

--Some really nice bargains in phase 2. Parker I had as the best hitter available and he went for 8M - 4M less than I paid for Gorman Thomas in phase 1 . Gossage is really good this year and has some great years coming up for 7M. Yaz going for a mere 1M has me kicking myself for trading a 2nd round pick for Dave Revering.

I agree. My bids were mostly uncontested. After winning Carlton so easily, the rest sort of fell in place. Can't bid any more till I am outbid on one of my 3 outstanding bids
