If the Skipjacks came away with both Phil Garner and Junior Kennedy, one of them can be had via trade. Both are EX gloves at 2B; one (Garner) gives a full season. We'll probably be looking to upgrade at OF/DH and can package another one to recoup the PAs.

I also find that my bid on Art Howe put me over the cap. I have therefore eliminated that bid and any bids I made after that point. It will take me a few minutes to go back and see what the status is on Howe, Dick Drago and Bill Travers.
Also, if I have incurred a penalty for exceeding the cap let me know what it is so I can figure it into my future bids. Sorry for the mistake. This hasn't been the best day here.
