Put it in the books.
I think the orioles have some talent but of course playing in a division with NY, boston, tampa and toronto (who have improved to and would probably reach the Playoffs in another division) is just awfully tough. I can't see them not making last place unfortunately for them.
I think walks are overrated unless you can run. If you get a walk and put the pitcher in a stretch, that helps, but the guy who walks and can’t run, most of the time he’s clogging up the bases for somebody who can run. – Dusty Baker.
Pray they do well tomorrow... so we can keep hope alive for one more day.
Always nice this time of year... I know we're just two games in but the FINAL standings look like they've been turned upside down.
Hope it looks like this at the end of the season...

Great win yeaterday. It's really baseball when a designated hitter is asked to pitch against a left-fielder.

The Os have enough games left with the Yanks to make things really interesting in the AL East if they keep pounding a tune on them.
Baltimore has called up Manny Machado, skipping AAA in the process. He has been locked in his last 9 games. IMHO, he is not ready and could use some more seasoning. What do you O's fans think?
Manny Machado is beast!

First-place tie again...a very interesting race. And the energy is apparently back at Camden, from what I read of tonight's game.
Did Mark Reynolds get new contacts recently?
The guy is just on fire, and I like that he seems to bear down against the Yanks!
The streak is over! The Orioles have made it to .500 with their 81st win today.

AFTER 15 YEARS, FINALLY A WINNING SEASON FOR THE ORIOLES!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
The O's won their 82nd game today, beating the Oakland A's 9-5, in Oakland.
I am a fan of both the Orioles and the Washington Nationals. When the season began, I hoped that at least one of these two teams would have a winning season. Now, both of them have. So great that these two teams have made it so enjoyable to watch baseball in the DC-Baltimore area this year.
Let's hope this is the first of many more to come.
