My guess is that he retires with 3800 hits. Although it really depends on how much his skills erode to the Yankees forcing his hand in retiring. I believe he has said he would like make a solid run at 4000.

I'd say he has a VERY remote chance at the all time runs scored record. If he kept himself in optimal shape, moved full time to DH, and was lucky enough to not have a major injury or nagging injuries, I think he'd have an outside shot at scoring 500 more runs.
He also could (maybe should?) end up near Musial in career hits... that would definitely be one of the great accomplishments of any player in this so-called Expansion Era (1969-present). Again, luck will play the main part, along with the DH, and how long he stays hungry....
