So what are the Cardinals going to do when Berkman comes back? Craig would be starting on about 28 teams right now.
I would play Craig vs. every lefty and move Beltran to CF. Of course we will need Craig when Berkman misses 90 games this year with nagging injuries...

I think walks are overrated unless you can run. If you get a walk and put the pitcher in a stretch, that helps, but the guy who walks and can’t run, most of the time he’s clogging up the bases for somebody who can run. – Dusty Baker.
