--On that note, the Corsairs raise their bid on Ron Guidry to 13.0/5 years, 17.0 to top. We also raise our bid on Fred Lynn, 2.5/ 1 year, 3.0 to top. The Knights will increase their offer to Mike Flanagan to 2.0/3 years, 2.75 to top.

Dang, I knew there was a reason I needed to wait to post that overbid.

I'll have to make sure I remember that for next season.

In the future can we list times more clearly (i.e. 12:01 Saturday morning vs. midnight Friday)?

--That part I didn't think would cause any confusion. Our most frequent deadline over the years has been midnight EST and that has always indicated the end of the day, not the start of it.

I was responding because overbids that had already been made. I find it hard to swallow that original htd bids are eligible for adjusting due to an error like this.

--I understand how you feel, but HTD bids were always eligible for adjusting at any point up to the deadline. The invalid bids just provided the motivation to do so.

My apologies Rich. If I hadn't made that bid on Flanagan, your bid and a couple of others would probably have not been made too early either.
