So what does, "FA signings end at 8:00" mean? 8:00:55 is later than 8:00. Ending at 8:00 means ending at 8:00. Signing a player at 8:00:55 means the period ended at 8:01, and that's not what the rules say.

--The Knights score an amazing 10 players for 3.0 in the first round of signings (9 of 10 at minimum wage). I really wasn't expecting quite so many of the minimum wage flyers to go through, but I've got a little money to spend on my last 3 spots now.

On a separate note, I've seen references to 8:00:55 but my timestamp only shows 8:00 or 8:01. Is there a way to change my setting? I didn't see it in the settings.
