Whatever happened to Juan Cruz, the reliever the Phillies signed, but who wriggled out of contract in February. The reason he gave was that signed before the Phillies signed Mike Adams,to be their eighth inning setup man, a job Cruz might have won before Adams signed. Did he land on his feet with another team?
Also - what's happening with Yuniesky Betancourt. He seemed certain he'd get a major leagues job after he opted out of his deal with the Phils after having a great Spring Training with the bat. Is he close to signing with anyone?

Not sure what happened to Cruz. Betancourt signed a deal with the Brew-hahas.

The Yunieksi Betancourt era has come to an end. It was a good run.
"No matter how great you were once upon a time — the years go by, and men forget,” - W. A. Phelon in Baseball Magazine in 1915. “Ross Barnes, forty years ago, was as great as Cobb or Wagner ever dared to be. Had scores been kept then as now, he would have seemed incomparably marvelous.”
