Biggest drop in ERA+ from one year to the next

I'm looking for the biggest drop in ERA+ from one year to the next, minimum 50 innings each season, with the majority of appearances being starts both years. The reason I ask is because Red Witt went 9-2 with a 1.61 ERA and 241 ERA+ in 1958, then the next year he went 0-7 with a 6.93 ERA and 56 ERA+. That's a difference in ERA+ of 185. Is that a record?

my first guess was Brad Lidge but he falls a llittle bit short of Witt with a dropoff of "only" 165.

Earl Hamilton went from 352 to 92.
Nick Maddox went from 293 to 100.

Both barely pitched the required 50 IP in their good year.

Looking at that more carefully, there is something wrong with his calculation in baseball-reference for 2004
