The Rays do not have a logical replacement for Logan. They claim they want a competitive team for 2017, but one really has to wonder..

Sept. 16: The Rays defeat Oakland for their 82nd win of the season to secure their first over .500 finish since 2013. They are now 82-66, with 14 games to play and could finish the year winning 90 or more games. - Best second half team in the majors.
