Easily overlooked, Tim Redding should now be a part of this list. Currently on the Mets, he pitched one game for the Yanks in '05.

Put it in the books.
I am from New York, and now live in south florida. I am trying to come up with a list of players that have played for ALL 3 teams - Yankees, Mets, and Marlins. So far I have figured out three guys:
Gary Sheffield
Al Leiter
David Weathers
Anybody got anyone else?
Mythical SF Chronicle scouting report: "That Jeff runs like a deer. Unfortunately, he also hits AND throws like one." I am Venus DeMilo - NO ARM! I can play like a big leaguer, I can field like Luzinski, run like Lombardi. The secret to managing is keeping the ones who hate you away from the undecided ones. I am a triumph of quantity over quality. I'm almost useful, every village needs an idiot.
Good traders: MadHatter(2), BoofBonser26, StormSurge
I would guess Ron Swoboda as one of them, but thats just a guess.
Elliott Maddux?
Bill Sudakis?

Adding Angel Berroa to the list.
Superman, you really should update this bad boy. :P
Put it in the books.
Add Chan Ho Park.
Royce Ring, Luis Ayala and Gustavo Molina can be added.
