    Ponson to be back soon

    St Louis , Missouri , Saturday May 13th .

The Cardinals have announced that RHP Sidney Ponson started throwing today , the first time doing so since his May 7th Start and being placed on the DL .
Here are a few words of what Tony LaRussa had to say about Ponson's ''Re-Hab ''

''He'll just play catch, and we'll see how it feels," manager Tony La Russa said. "The discomfort is gone, so now you start throwing."
