Hi - I'm new to the forum, I haved a signed baseball from the Philadelphia Athletics from 1940 that has all team members including Connie Mack. Does anyone have an idea of what it would be worth? thanks so much!

It depends on if the Mack auto is genuine or a clubhouse signature. If the Mack is genuine then you might be able to get $250-$300 for it. If it's a clubhouse signature, then it's probably worth about $100-$150.
While this is of interest to A's fans, it might be better answered here.
Tom Tresh George Kell Mark Fidrych Bob Feller
Ernie Harwell Soupy Sales Alex Chilton Sparky Anderson
Joe Nuxhall Gary Carter MCA Emanuel Steward
Sonny Elliot Dave Brubeck Earl Weaver Stan Musial
Jonathan Winters Neil Armstrong Roger Ebert Anthony Zahler
Ray Manzarek
The 1940 A's team was sorry, no stars, it was after they gutted the team, only good signature would be the Mack. Better estimate with pictures.
In nice EX-NRMT condition $500-$700 is average for that ball at auction.
Authentic Mack Sigs below (on a ball he signed a little slower)

I do not know if you are interested in selling it. I think the people at http://philadelphiaathletics.org/ might be interested in it. They might also give you an idea on exactly how much the ball is worth. That particular team did not have a lot of stars on it but some of the individuals that are baseball historians and are fanatical about the Athletics while they were in Philly would probably give you more for it than just some baseball collector. There might be a lot of people in that organization that will give you some big time money for that ball.
