Wasp had an idea: How about instead of imposing a salary cap in the draft, we wait until the second or third season, so we can draft the best players available, then dump them when we need to. OR we can try the CKL's idea where people earn money based on where they were drafted.

    What do you guys think?

No, if his clock runs out, then AznInvasion can pick. That'll be at 5:30.

i feel bad for King of Kings if he gets skipped, but he needs to get his 8 hrs--the last pick was 11am, so he's good until 7pm?

Well, if he's not going to be on all day, why make others wait? I just bumped his clock ahead an hour and a half, because I figured people wouldn't want to wait.

Oh, I might not have joined if I knew we were using the DH

Also, we need a limit on who can be picked... I cant simulate games with the 2005 stats if people pick rookies who did not play in 2005

Well, does anyone know when the next DiamondMind is coming out?

We could have an AL league, and an NL league, if people don't want DHs.

Also, to those who are extremly interested in this draft, you should check out my thread "Diamond Mind League with open team". It is my brother's league that has been running for about 7 years now, very active... if you like this, you'd love this league... the team that is open is the Sacrilvania Llamas (the team name and location can be changed if you take it over) they are in the DH league (Aaron)

The trading deadline in the league just passed, there are about 40 or 50 games left in the season, then the post season... Free Agency will begin around January or February, with the rookie draft being sometime around then aswell

If you are interested PM me

YL does, but I don't want to make him do more than he has already, with the BBFTG and all. I could buy the OOTP Mac edition, but nothing else. Plus, once school starts, most of my computer use will be away from home.
