The Lakeland Tigers have changed their name to the Lakeland Flying Tigers. They have a new logo because of the new name.

The Burlington Bee also unveiled a their logo.
sewf- Great posts. Thanks for the updates. I love seeing the new logos and the attempts that teams make to liven up their logo, all in the name of being more marketable and making a little extra cash.
The soon-to-be AAA affiliate of the Philadelphia Phillies in Allentown, PA just announced their team name starting in 2008, when the Ottawa Lynx move to Allentown. They will be known as the Lehigh Valley IronPigs. Lehigh Valley is what the area around Allentown is known as and IronPigs is in reference to the rich history of steel making in the area. Looking forward to seeing what that logo will look like. You can find the story at www.milb.com.
The Boise Hawks unveiled their new logo today. Here it is:
I saw this one yesterday and just didn't have the time to post yesterday. Not a very exciting logo if you ask me. I bet that their sales of merchandise will be down this year.Originally Posted by sewf
Ya, I can't say that's too awsome.
Apparently the new colors reflect the city of Boise better. I thought the old logo looked fine.Originally Posted by dmbfan
Have you seen the new hat? Personally, I think it's kind of ugly.
No matter what changes of logos, these are still the best Minor League logos:
The Ottawa Lynx unveiled their 15th anniversary logo today.
And their last....The franchise will be moved from Ottawa to Allentown for the 2008 season.Originally Posted by sewf

That explains why their caps were on sale...Originally Posted by sewf
The new jerseys are pretty cool. But IMO the new hats are no improvement.Originally Posted by sewf
