        Thank you!

Thanks for the welcome, Jeff. And great photos you posted from flickr. I have seen some of those photos before. Any other information regarding old Tiger Stadium you can share or is it all updated on the website? I hope everything goes well because I would hate to see the rest of the stadium come down.

Just to clarify, I did not take those pix at Flickr--I just posted the link.

The OTSC website should be pretty much up to speed with the latest goings on.

I too am concerned about those light towers, I'd like to see them remain, if someone wanted to pay for a night even or to stage one, then why not have lights for the field?
Save Navin Field-It does no good to let it be another weed filled empty lot.

Hey guys. I hate to tell you this, but I've gone over to the dark side.

After regularly following the New Yankee Stadium & Citi Field threads, plus admiring fields like Minute Maid Park and others, I'm becoming a fan of new stadiums. Even Comerica has grown on me. While I'd still love to see Navin Field saved, I'm converted to appreciating Comerica as a unique piece of architecture.

Maybe I'll see a few of you next summer in the $5 seats in the upper nosebleeds, next to the score board. Although, probably not Don.

You will never see me over at the antiseptic toliet bowl next to Ford Field.

I do. Nothing wrong with that.

Donald, please. Don't go back to that, it's only divisive when everything you've done of late with your updates and photos has benefited everyone with an interest.

                                Captain,

It would probably be more accurate to describe Tom Tresh as an Allen Parker as opposed to a Detroiter. Though he was born in Detroit he attended Allen Park High School.
