What will we do once Backe comes back?

Who's starting spot will he take? When is he slated to come back?

He's only now starting to throw a little, with a session at the end of last week his first. There's still a ways to go, and it's not even certain he will make it back this season, something that could also be determined by the club's fixture in the standings. My guess is he might come back and pitch from the bullpen in September if everything goes well. Just don't expect him to melt right back into the rotation at this time.

I can only hope he will take Woody's spot. There is talk he might be back in August.
