When can we expect to hear from the AC about free agents offers?

I'd like to be able to give you a timetable, but Kyle can't be part of the AC anymore and EB has been busy lately.

baseballstar will probably replace Kyle for now.

Right now, I've posted most of all the TONS of offers I've received by pm, but we have discussed any except Type V's so far.
