If you are using the Yeager drills, they will not mix w/ Epstein...

I would avoid Epstein...Yeager will mix with Lau/slaught to some degree..

    Care to elaborate Mark?

Not trolling, but I have some Epstein stuff and am probably gonna get Yeager's stuff in the non near future. I've taken some of Mike's stuff and used it, but not all of it.

My thought is that you would get more out of Mike Epstein's book than his DVDs. I believe what you learn from Chris Yeager's DVDs will help you avoid certain areas.

I have both. I got more from the DVD, though I am more of a visual learner.

Why do you need all of this Epstein stuff if your going to have lessons with him in person?

Aren't you a young kid? Why would you want so much training stuff? And, will you even use all of it? Why not get something fun like video games, etc.

If it were me, I'd read his book prior to training with him. That would help me get the most out of my time spent with him.

    Can I be your brother???
I got a bat when I was your age and I had to share it with my cousins.
