    Pete Orr - Fantasy Season

Let's say Pete Orr did have the chance to play everyday. He plays 162 games, what would you say his season stats would be.

    .280 avg

    175 hits

    2 HR

    80 Runs

    50 RBI

    20 SB

I bet he could pull those numbers off

    .235 AVG

    .298 OBP

    .330 SLG

    2 HR

    20 RBI

There. I mean those. He can't slug. He can't walk. He'd have to work his damnedest to bat his weight at this point. Orr is just not an everyday player.

Did you see those forearms in that picture. Those have everyday player written all over them.

Ok seriously I'll let it go

I don't think forearm size means you are going to be a good everyday starter. Here are my production predictions for Pete Orr.

ABs 532 (This is thinking he would play around 140 games)

    Hs 123

    BA .231

    2B 16

    3B 5

    HR 1

    RBI 41

    K 119

    BB 32

    OBP .291

    SLG .285

    SB 19

    CS 12

I do think he would do fine defensively at second.

Excuse me for not supporting a subpar player and wanting him to be an everyday starter.

He's a Brave. We should support them all, especially the ones with subpar talent that will run out every ball and give you every bit of that subpar talent. Not everyone can be a Chipper or Smoltz. It doesn't come easy to them all.

I did support him and like I said before I liked Pete Orr. I support every Brave player even guys like Woodward, Mondesi, Wilson among others. The original discussion was about the team letting him go and now that he is no longer a Brave I still support him and hope he performs well in whatever job he is in but when we are debating his talent level right now there is little to debate about how much talent and potential he has shown.
