I'm not farmiliar with either Brian Giles of Pat Zachery, but I'd find it hard to believe that they had a better mustache than this one:

I voted for Rollie Fingers too, but you really shouldn't have this discussion without mentioning the Mad Hungarian, or Goose Gossage:

Goose Really has to be up there!! There is far to many players from the 19th century to name! That was the golden age of Mustaches, Side Burns and any sort of wiskers on the face!!!

    What? No Sal Fasano?!?
"After my fourth season I asked for $43,000 and General Manager Ed Barrow told me, 'Young man, do you realize Lou Gehrig, a 16-year-man, is playing for only $44,000?' I said, Mr. Barrow, there is only one answer to that - Mr. Gehrig is terribly underpaid."- Yankees outfielder Joe DiMaggio

Al Hrabosky came to my mind immediately, and the photo that is posted here proved that my memory hadn't failed me.
The Mad Hungarian by a mile, Fingers looks too much like a pansy.
Robin Yount had a good one for a while, too.
