Highest career BA for a Brewer

Which current or former Milwaukee Brewer ranks highest on the career Batting Average list (minimum 3000 PAs)?

I think you are only counting up time in a Brewer uniform, since Cirillo's lifetime BA is .296. I am asking about the lifetime BA of every player who spent any time as a Milwaukee Brewer.

For example, the current or former Milwaukee Brewer who ranks highest on the career Home Run list (minimum 3000 PAs) is Henry Aaron. If Barry Bonds were to be traded to the Brewers this year it would be Bonds.
