    Chain of Players Game

    Here's how the game works.

I'll name a Major League baseball player (active or retired). The next person has to name a different player who is somehow connected to that player.

    Example:

    I say Tony Perez
Next person says Dave Concepcion (both were players on the Big Red Machine)
Next person says Dave Williams (both named Dave)
Next person says Curt Schilling (both born in Alaska)
Next person says Randy Johnson (2001 WS Co-MVPs)
    etc...

    I'll start things off with...

    JOHN MAINE

You must pick battles that are small enough to win, but large enough to matter
