Anyone use a "Rebounder" for training?

    anyone use something like this:

to get some throwing in or to practice pitching? I dont always have someone to toss with and want to work my arm more.

I play catch on one all of the time whenever my son is not in the mood. We have one of the Franklin multi-position rebounders and sometimes play a modern version of "step ball" with it.

Just bought one last weekend. My son can play catch with himself, practicing both accuracy, catching and reaction. He is 7, and his inconsistancies throwing the ball result in unexpected returns of the net.

I like to see how many times he can hit the rectangle from a certain distance, and then try from double the distance.

We turn it into a game.
