"Browns to Admit Young Fans Free"

    St Louis Star-Times, 8-30-1932, p. 14

"Juvenille baseball fans, between the ages of 10 and 16 years will be admitted free by the Browns to the remaining games this season at Sportsman's Park, Vice President, L. Carl McEvoy announced today. Boys will be admitted on all week days excepting Saturdays and Labor Day, while Saturday has been set aside as the special day for girls.
McEvoy stated that certain sections of the grand stand will be set aside for the boys and girls on their respective days and they will be admitted to the park through the entrance on Spring avenue.
Until a permanent formation of these clubs is effected, no cards of admission will be required.
This plan of the Browns of admitting youngsters free to their games is similar to the arrangements that has been in effect with the Cardinals for many years."
