Jays sign Wilkerson, trade for Mench

this doesnt make alot of sense, no offense to wilkerson and mench, i like both of them veery much but we put two shortstops on the dl and bring up two outfielders? something tells me unless he does something fast, stewart is going to be dfa'd when one of those shortstops are activated.

Well Wells is injured right now, so that opens up a spot for the near future at least. Mench has been playing in the minors this year anyways I believe, so sending him down to Syracuse is definitely an option for us, it's not like we're committed to having him be our starting outfielder.

Oh to have Reed Johnson right about now. In all fairness though, I don't think any of us predicted that Stewart would be the bust that he is.
