I have a question. Did you get all of these during batting practice? Or did you wait for the team bus after the game?

  4. Yeah I honestly didn't try too hard, there was a lot of traffic so I only got there 15 minutes early, and didn't stay after.

Today at the Red Sox-Mariners game, I got Felix Hernandez, David Aardsma and Jason Vargas.

EDIT: But that's an impressive list, and I have the same question as the previous poster--BP or after the game?

  8. I nailed a Ryne Sandberg with his HOF year. It is quite scribbled however. I will try to obtain a "cleaner" sig later in the season. Also got Travis Wood to sign two 8 X 10 photographs.

How is the trop for autographs...any tips? Im goin to be going to one of the yankees games there at the end of the month, and I will be mostly going after the Yankees since im a huge yankee fan, I know the big guys sign more at away ball parks (i.e. jeter, arod, matsui, CC(if not pitching)) But i was wondering where is the best place to stand and if you or anyone had any tips?

    Thanks

Best place is down by the bullpen area...be careful near the dugouts, the ushers/yellow-shirt security ogres go apoplectic if you walk/sneeze/pass wind near the dugout.
Gahd, do I *HATE* the Yankees!!!!!!

  13. 7/6 A's @ Red Sox (just inside the park during BP): Matt Holliday, Nomar Garciaparra, Brad Ziegler, Landon Powell.

so the easiest thing to get is the pitchers...does that mean for both sides (visiting and home?) and so does that mean its not even worth going towards the dugouts?

A lot of the ushers there will ask if you have a ticket if you go near the dugout. Be wary of the yellow-shirts there. Those guys are not the friendliest..especially one guy who looks like a sawed-off Sgt. Slaughter.

    okay one more question!!

If you are not sitting in the absolute lower level, like I am close to buying tickets in row RR which is still field box level, but there is a walk way sperating us from the lowest level, will I still be able to get down to the dugout area?

    thanks

You may be asked to show your ticket and if the usher/yellow-shirt is a jerk/ogre, you may be ordered back to your seat.

Guess that's their new "fan-friendly" policy
