Hank Allen 8x10, 1/0. I told Mr. Allen I'd pay postage, but he said no, that it was okay, and that he'd send at his own expense. Also threw in a REALLY nice note.

    Hank's normally not a TTMer?

Well, I looked him up. I've not seen one TTM success with him in the past two years.

The failure: P Molitor c/o Twins in 6 months. My card was returned with a letter stating he cannot sign due to too many requests. I'm really bummed out about this one.
Goodness I haven't been on here in a while. Been in hibernation for the baseball winter. Any way yesterday found one of my big 8x10 envelopes in the mail box, with a ROMLB signed by Paul Molitor. I sent it out July 28th so it took a little over 6 months, I also sent it to the Twins addy. Weberd did you send him cards or a ball?

Keep trying with Molitor. I had about 3 failures with him before I got a success. He signs kind of sporadically, so you might wanna try again in a few months or right after the season is over.

I sent him 1 card. Perhaps he had too many letters in his pile and my envelope did nothing to stand out. I am will try again soon with a more noticable envelope. I found his rookie card in my old card collection. It would be great to get the auto on that.

Are you sure you want to risk sending his RC? What if it doesn't come back?

Don wrote me only one line about Steve Dalkowski, but sometimes, brevity is the soul of wit. In Don's case, he gave me one of my best quotes about Steve!

Yeah I was thinking he probably grabs most of the larger envelopes just because they stand out more.
