And I BET that by June, all the nice landscaping is trashed.
I swear, sometimes I think NYers dont DESERVE anything nice.

You can't expect a beautiful new ballpark to look beautiful and new for long if it's in Queens. :dismay:

Hey everyone, tomorrow will be my sixth time in CF (I've practically lived there for the past 2 weeks...LOL) but I'm sitting in the Big Apple Seats (Section 142, Row 1) for the first time thanks to Club Mets.
Looks like great seats to catch the game. Has anyone sat there for a game yet? Just curious.....Not Mommy, not Daddy.....METSIE, METSIE, METSIE.

I wonder how they would feel if I spray painted my "tag" on the hood of their Honda Civics while parked in the lot.

That guy is the biggest mush ! Any time he is around my section the Mets hit into double plays or foul outs or something. I thought maybe the new stadium would change things but Opening Night he was near my seats when Pedro balked.

Once they finish the parking lot where Shea once was, they'll be about 8,800 parking spaces at CF (per ballparks.com) plus 3,680 remote parking spots (I presume that's the fairgrounds parking they've used in the past), and that's with the wide open space that YS doesn't have.
YS has +12,500 spots? You could have fooled me.

Yankee fans can expect to pay a whopping $29 for stadium parking during home games starting in 2010 - more than twice last year's $14 rate.
