Taste of the City and the World’s Fare Market will be open, as well as most of the other regular concession stands. I’m guessing that the ones in the corners of the Promenade will be closed.
Caesars Club will be open to all ticket holders. Promenade Club will be open to all starting at 8pm with access limited if capacity becomes an issue.
Delta Club and Ebbets Club are open only to Delta Club and Ebbets Club ticket holders, per usual. I pointed out how, logically, the most expensive tickets should have been given access to the Delta and Ebbets Clubs and that for the concerts, the Delta Club and Ebbets Club seats are not the most expensive, that the Floor seats are the most expensive. They probably should have designated the 6 Floor Center sections in front of the stage (A3-4-5 and B3-4-5) as those eligible for the Delta and Ebbets Clubs. But this is their first concert at Citi Field. I’m sure they’re still trying to figure out how to run things for this kind of event.
The Floor will have additional concessions available only to the Floor where beer, wine and hard liquor will be sold.
Hard liquor sales will be discontinued at 9pm (I think that's what she said).

I picked up an extra pair on site this morning.
A rather unpleasant, elderly woman at the window responded to my good-natured inquiry about how strict they'd be regarding umbrellas et al, by snapping "Rain or shine! No umbrellas! No cameras!"
Felt like I was at MSG or something.
