yeah that would be one for the grandkids!

    Happy Anniversary to the "PINSTRIPES"!!!

It was exactly 100 years ago today, April 11, 1912. When the New York Yankees (known as the Highlanders back then) wore the treasured "pinstripes" for the very first time on their uniforms..
Now that is a "100th Anniversary" worth celebrating for New York Yankees "fans"!!!

Interesting that they got rid of them the very next year.
I see great things in baseball. It's our game - the American game.

As Johnny Carson used to say.. "I did not know that"..
Anyway, thank God they brought back the pinstripes.. "eventually".

Absolutely without a doubt. The best uniform in baseball history, and in all of baseball today..
    Simply a "classic"..

Man, those military jets are really powerful! I'm in the north Bronx, they flew over us right after they passed the Stadium, I watched them curve out over the Long Island Sound. They really shook the whole neighborhood!

RYS to NYS: "Obi-Lonn never told you what happened to your father."

NYS: "He told me enough. He told me you killed him - in the 1970s!!"

RYS: "No, I am your father..."

NYS: "No, it's not true, that's impossible!!!!"

RYS: "Look beyond my respirator pods and my upper crown; you know it to be true!
