Ok I have searched for a thread for Atlanta-Fulton County Stadium Photos and I could not find one so I thought there should be a Thread for the Former home of the Atlanta Braves and the Atlanta Falcons.

It was indeed a message board.
The old field level scoreboard at AFCS was divided into four main parts, a message board and an American League out-of-town board in left field and a game in progress board and NL out-of-town board in right. Interspersed were ads and a Longines clock. All were behind a 6" high screen that served as the outfield fence.
Wow, I had forgotten that the Braves used to wear this very classy-looking uniform! Wish they would do a throwback version of this.
I remember someone telling me that Fulton was built to where a third deck could have been added. Anyone have any info or pics of that?

I wonder if one day..in the future..we'll come full circle..literally and again play baseball in more modernized verisons cookie-cutters. some day? who knows...
they were so bland, but still..I kind of like the look of 'em.
if you were sitting near the dugouts and one of those famous atlanta downpours started it was a long way back to the covered areas...
What is the stadium they are constructing next to it? It isn't Turner Field is it?
