My son has recently started coming up on front leg. Back leg is straighter. I have to remind him to stay back. Hasn't taken hold yet, but when he does, ball goes far. When he doesn't, ground singles and ground outs.
I haven't tried it, but was just about to today or tomorrow...a suggestion was to hit off the tee behind a pitching mound. Stand on back of mound, Tee on top of rubber, swing off tee. Should give him feel of weight back.
Is it good, bad ? I don't know, but can't hurt...I wouldn't over do it though.
I gota do something. My kid has lost 70 ft on his line drives.
