The Indians will start ex-Phillies farmhand, Carlos Carrasco tonight, Sept. 1 as he makes his major leagues debut in Detroit (VS. Edwin Jackson).
Like many Phillies fans, I watched Carrasco's progress closely through the minor leagues and I was sorry and disappointed to see him leave the organization. Too bad he never got a chance in the majors from the Phils. I think he will be a major part of the Indians' rebuilding plans.

Hope that first outing with the tribe wasn't indicative of his skills...ouch!
First three batters-eleven total bases. It got a little better after that. The nice thing was that he didn't look rattled.
