I don't see how Donovan Tate is in the top 25 and Thomas Neal isn't?

Mike Stanton at #1 is a bit too high IMO, the guy got promoted to AA spent the majority of the year in AA and hit .231. He's gotta prove he can hit at higher levels. I agree he's a top 10 guy because of his tools and power numbers, just think #1 is a bit high. Heyward and Strasburg are more deserving IMO.
