A quick look around and I didnt see this mentioned. My apologies if I missed it. Jorge Cantu is off to a great start this year. He's set a new MLB record for most consecutive games with a hit and rbi to start a season. Going back to last year he has an rbi in 14 straight. That's the longest since Piazza had 15 in 2000 and three off the alltime record 17 set by Ray Grimes in 1922. Jorgey's an underated player and a genuinely nice guy in person. Just thought he deserved a little recognition out in one of the general forums. Besides, we face Halladay tonight so it's gonna be tough to keep the streak going.

Nice post. He was with the Reds for about a half a season, they acquired him from the Rays i believe. Showed a little promise but not what he is doing now. Good for him and good for the Fish.
