    Greg Olson

Any update on how the balls and bats did in that trade?

This Braves pitcher pitched in Game 1 of the 1982 NLCS, and was effective in shutting down the Cardinals.

But then it started to rain.

It was before the bottom of the fifth.

The game was called and this pitcher started Game 2, and the Braves ended up losing when Gene Garber blew it. The Cardinals swept the Braves.

          Who was the unlucky pitcher?

You're right. That question was a lot easier than it looks.

Who is the top Braves franchise steals leader who did NOT play in the 19th century?

In 1983, Craig McMurtry led the Braves staff with 15 wins and a 3.08 ERA with just 108 strikeouts.

How many games did he LOSE the next season?
